Chuck and I met in the late 70s at the old Catonsville Community College in Earth Sciences class and became friends. Being around Chuck was always a blast. He also got to know my two older brothers and my folks and all enjoyed his company. I remember meeting his neighborhood friends and family, all sincerely good souls. I remember him my our wedding. I'll never forget the birth of his son, Chuckie, Jr., as I had to pick up his step daughters and rush them to the hospital. Another memory is going to concerts like one of the RoundUps in Phillly at the old JFK stadium. I could go on. He was a great friend and a good man, and it was a privilege to have known him, Peggy, and everyone else. God bless Chuck and the entire family.
