On June 16, 2019 William L. Hicks, III Devoted son of the late William L. Hicks, Jr. and Helen V. Hicks. Beloved father of Jon Regulski. Loving brother of George Hicks, Helen Showalter, Belinda Peirce and her husband John, Robert Hicks and his wife Clara and Steven R. Hicks and his wife Denise. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L> Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Wednesday 7-9pm and Thursday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 8:30am. Interment with military honors will be in Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
