The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Memorial service at the funeral home concluding the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards funeral expenses.
