My earliest memories of Tracy are from when he and I would sit around his house in Ocean City singing Beatle songs. He and I would harmonies all the songs . He had a wonderful voice. I will miss his voice and his crazy laugh. A laugh that would be so contagious you couldn't help but to laugh along.
Tracy was my best friend,. Tracy was closer to me then a brother..
My life won't be the same without my friend to talk to any more

Godspeed to our friend. Tracy and I have been friends for years, and I am honored to be able to call him a very important person in my life. Our beginnings harken back to The Bull on the Beach, 94th Street, and continued to Langley, Virginia, over the course of 20 years.
Rest well, my Brother. I got your back.

I worked with Tracy here in Ocean City. We became friends while he worked for Superior Signs and I worked for Gregory & Associates in the same building. We talked about music and our common places we went in the 80’s. I’m shocked and so saddened to learn of his passing. Thanks for being a kind soul and may you Rest In Peace my friend. You are missed.
