Tom was my landlord for my time in Baltimore recently. I lived at the Cooksie St rowhome. He rented to me on a handshake at a time where that is exactly what I needed. He was a kind and honest man to me and I’ll be forever grateful for his belief in my word. RIP Tom. I will pray for you and your family.
