Stephen John Tant, Sr.

On January 23, 2021 Stephen John Tant, Sr. beloved husband of Sabrina Lynn Tant (nee Purnell) Devoted son of Herbert W. Hammons and the late Jean M. Monti. Loving father of Stephen J. Tant, Jr. and his wife Ashley Vogelsang. Dear brother of Daniel C. Tant and his wife Lorena, lisa Ann tant Brandenburg and her husband Donald and the late Angie J. Tant. Loving grandfather of Quentin M. Tant.
Loving uncle of Amy Helm, Donnie Wilhelm, Corey Tant, Elijah Tant, Gabe Tant, Tiana Jacobo, Aley Jacobo, Thalia Jacobo, Jisel Jacobo, Gio Tant, and Milissa Tant. Also survived by many other loving relatives, friends, and his loving cat Midnite.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore MD 21230 on Thursday 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Please allow additional time if you are planning on coming to the funeral home. Family invite friends to celebrate with them at a Mass of Christian burial at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 108 E. West Street, Baltimore MD 21230 on Friday, January 29, 2021, at 10:00am. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the church will only allow 100 people in the church, seating will be restricted to every other pew. The mass will also be live streamed on the church Facebook page.

Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, 6020 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore MD 21225. Cemetery restrictions will only allow a limited number of people at the graveside any additional people will be required to remain by their car at a safe social distance for the duration of the service. Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the American Cancer Society https://www.cancer.org/
