Cox, Kimberly A. Biggs, and Tammi L. Vaughn and her Husband Harold L., Jr. Loving Boyfriend / fiancee of William P. Bichell. Also Survived by Many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Sunday 6-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation on Sunday evening at 7:30pm.
