Devoted father of Scott A. Biggs and his wife Meghann, Justin S. Thomas and his fiancé Naomi Priser and Chasity N. Biggs and her Loving Companion Michael Nicoli. Loving brother of Shane Thomas, Renee Powell and her husband John, Steven Porter and his wife Christina and the late Samuel Thomas. Loving uncle of Forrest Upperman. Dear nephew of Vernon and Mary Johnson and George and Charmaine Compton. Beloved grandfather of Collin Biggs, Harper Biggs and Enzo Nicoli. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Thursday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00am. Interment in Glen Haven Cemetery.
