Treasured father of Russell Parsons, Jr., Sean Parsons and Justin Parsons, Sr. Dear brother of Clifford Parsons, Jr., Diana Blair and the late Marsha Meyer. Loving grandfather of Russell, III, Briana, Rhys, Mackenzie, Justin, Jr. and Kolton. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
