On Sunday, December 12, 2021 Roy Lester Leeper, Jr. Beloved husband of Mildred Leeper. Cherished father of Roy Lester Leeper III, Walter Leeper and his wife Renee, the late Alfred Leeper, and the late Tammy Leeper. Treasured brother of Harry Leeper. Dedicated machinist at Bethlehem Steel in Sparrows Point. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 3:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 28, 2021 at 11:00 am at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point, MD 21230. Interment will be held at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
