On October 14, 2017 Rose Mary Carter (nee Barrett) Dearest Wife of the late Albert E. “Barney” Carter Devoted Mother of Robert J. Carter and his Wife Ruth, Howard F. Carter, Catherine Scott and her Husband Harold, Rosemary Wimpling and her Husband Timothy, and Nancy L. Jones and her Husband Robert. Also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
