On September 28, 2012 Robin E. “Robbie” Dobbins (Nee Norris) Dearest Wife of William H. ‘Billy” Dobbins, Sr. Loving Daughter of the late Carrie Hettche and her Husband Henry Hettche, Jr. and Stephen Norris. Devoted Mother of Warren W. Brown, III., Jamie M. Brown, and Dana L. Ridge. Loving Step Mother of William H. Dobbins, Jr., and Nicole L. Poling and her Husband Nicholas. Beloved Sister of Jacqlyn J. Richards and the late Tina M. Wright. Dear Sister In Law of Glenn Richards and Doug Wright. Loving Grandmother of Cameron Brown, Mark Coleman, kylie Brown, Dylan Ridge, Warren Brown IV, Cheyenne Ridge, Stevie Ridge, Scottie Hilditch, Bradley Hilditch, Ciarra Towers, Savannah Dobbins and Chloe Poling. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Wednesday and Thursday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment in Crestlawn Cemetery.
