Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Mary Weisenburg, his late father Robert ‘Cookie’ Neal, his late stepfather Milton Weisenburg, Sr. , along with his siblings: the late Teddy Weisenburg, Faith Weisenburg, Milton Weisenburg, John Wroten and Gerri Frampton. Bobby will fondly be remembered by neices, Megan and Tiffany. His nephews David and Tyler and great nephew Kingston. Bobby will also be remembered by Mrs. Marilyn Vogel, a long time family friend who was like a second mother to him. Bobby will be remembered by all his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
Bobby was kind and welcoming to any person he encountered. Never met a stranger he didn’t like. He kept those around him laughing. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure. He is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
