On Thursday, August 3, 2023 Richard Joseph Rupinkski passed away suddenly. Richard was a very proud retiree of the ILA local 953. Beloved husband of Karen Rupinski (nee Hughes). Cherished son of the late Julia and Melvin Rupinski. Treasured father of Meghan Cowan and husband Scott, and Kelly Rubino and husband Nick. Very proud grandfather of Conner, Dylan, Grace, Joseph, Nicholas and Leo. Dear brother of Melvin, the late Christine and the late Joseph. Loving son-in-law of Wilma “Babe” Hughes and the late Richard Hughes. Also survived by Kamryn, Kerrington and other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 3:00-9:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 1532 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point, MD 21230. Interment will be private.
