On Friday, August 27, 2021 Richard L. Duncan, Sr., Beloved son the late Robert and Lillian Duncan. Loving father of Richard L. Duncan, Jr.and his wife Alison. Cherished grandfather of David Duncan and his wife Lauren, Ricky Duncan, Bobby Duncan and his fiance Stephanie. Treasured great-grandfather of McKayla, William, Carlie, David, Esme, Harper, Scarlett, and Jace. Beloved brother of the late Larry Duncan and his wife, the late Lorena Duncan. Also survived by many other family and friends. Richard enjoyed fishing, crabbing and a good bargain, but most of all he loved his family and friends. We will sure miss his "drive-by's" to check on all of us!
The Family invite friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Friday, September 3, from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, September 4 at 11am. Internment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
