On Friday, April 8, 2022 Regina Janet Windsor. Loving companion of Ralph Valentine. Beloved mother of Franklin Saffran, III and wife Kara, Shawn Saffran, Sr. and wife Danielle. Cherished grandmother of Breonna Saffran, Alexis Saffran, Sabrina Saffran, Aaliayah Saffran and Shawn Saffran, Jr. Dear sister of James “Jim: Wheeler and wife Missy, Stephanie Runkles, the late Valerie Wheeler, the late Sean Albright, Mary Todes and husband Jamie, Sherry Flaxcomb, Brian Flaxcomb, and Lois Johnson and boyfriend Rob. Great friend David Marshall. Also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral service will be held at 8:30pm concluding the visitation.
