Treasured father of Kitty Gray and Philip Eugene Harrell, Jr. Dear brother of Garry Harrell and wife Birdie, Debra Sumner and husband Rick, Clair “Jean” Carter and husband Albert. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 4:00 - 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 8:00 pm directly following the visitation.
