On November 24, 2020 Penny Linda Tolson (nee Lucas) Dearest wife of Arthur “Otts” Tolson. Devoted mother of Patricia A. Ruppert, Dawn M. Gardner and her husband Lloyd “Buck” Gardner, and Erica L. Cantafio and her husband Craig Cantafio, Sr. Loving sister of William “Billy” Lucas, Jr., Cynthia Neary, and Robert Lucas. Loving grandmother of Candace J. Ruppert, William L. Ruppert, Jr., Ryan Gardner, Nicholas Gardner, Andrea Hunt, Timothy Gardner, Zachary Hunt, Zoe Gardner, Craig “CJ” Cantafio, Jr., Lucas Cantafio, and Addison Cantafio. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends. The family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Friday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Please allow additional time if you are planning on coming to the funeral home. Funeral Services and Interment will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore MD 21225 on Saturday at 11:30am. Cemetery restrictions will only allow a limited number of people at the graveside any additional people will be required to remain by their cars for the duration of the service.
