Alan, Joey and Vinny, your dad, one of my best friends, will be extremely missed by me. I first met your dad when I started working in the BGE Legal Department as a legal secretary. When I eventually decided to pursue a paralegal career, your dad was my mentor and helped me become the perfectionist that I am today, especially when it came to proofreading legal documents. This mentorship eventually turned into a friendship that lasted after we both left BGE/Constellation, into both of our retirements, and up to the last telephone conversation that we had two weeks before he passed away. We bonded over the law, the fact that we were both only children, and life's ups and downs. Your dad was so devoted to your mom which I admired, and I know he missed your mom greatly upon her passing. I hope it is comforting to know they have been reunited once again.
