Frazier. Loving Brother of Michelle P. Morral and her Husband Chad. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 East Fort Avenue Locust Point MD 21230 on Sunday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Service and interment will be private. Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the family to help with funeral cost.
