On Thursday, October 19, 2023 Norman Edward Ruff. passed away. Beloved husband of Morag Ruff. Cherished brother of John Ruff and wife Sandy, Michelle Ruff, Teresa Ruff, Margaret Michael and husband Joe, Michael Ruff, and Mark Ruff. Loving stepfather of Morag Payne and James Markowski. Treasured step grandfather of Gabby Payne. Also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm and Friday, November 10, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Interment to be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
