On July 9, 2015 Norman Alfred Quarles, Jr. Devoted Son of the late Norman A. Quarles, Sr and Nancy A. Quarles. Beloved Brother of Diane Potter and her Husband David, Richard Quarles and his Wife Francis, Cynthia Griffin, Donald Quarles and his Wife Donna, and Thomas Quarles. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Thursday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home, on Friday at 11:00am. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
