This is for my little Sister , my only Sister.
I know it had to be hard for you growing up with three Brothers and no Sister for yourself. But I want you to know how happy I was when Mom had you . After having four Sons in a row , Mom brought you home to us. I was eight years old when Mom put you in my arms. Now I wish I could hold you in my arms forever. I think back on some of the crazy things like the time you got hit in the head with a line drive , watching me play ball at Buck Glass field on Webster St. Or me and Stan putting sweat socks on your hands to box your Brother Bobby. Most of all I will miss talking to you on the phone. We talked to each other at least 4 or 5 times a week. It's hard to believe I won't hear your voice anymore. I want you to know how proud I am of you. You raised your Son and Daughter most of the time as a single parent and you did a great job. I couldn't tell you how proud I was of the way you fought this terrible thing called cancer. You never gave up . I never even seen you cry. You were so brave. If anything ever happens to me like that, I hope I can be half as brave as you were. I love you and I miss you so much it hurts. I will think of you every Day for the rest of my life. Goodbye my little sister.
