On 8/25/2020 Michael W. Lycett Dearest husband of Andrea L. Lycett (nee Kirby) Devoted father of Shannon Tackett and her husband Ken, Janet Brisiel, and Eric Brisiel and his wife Shana. Loving brother of Walter Lycett and Janice Rutkowski. Beloved nephew of Marilyn Phelps. Dear grandfather of Corey Brisiel, Brandon Hoffman, Ava Brisiel, Elynn Brisiel and Brylee Brisiel. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. The family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 for a memorial visitation on Sunday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Please allow additional time if you are planning on coming to the funeral home. Prayers will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 7:30pm. Entombment of cremains in Crownsville Veterans cemetery with military honors will be held at a later date.
