Loving Son of Nancy M. Allen and the late Charles D. Allen. Loving Father of Michael R. Allen, Jr. and his Wife Della, Joseph Lee Allen, Richard D. Allen and his Wife Kim, and Jill M. Mantack and her Husband Oleo “Bee”. Loving Brother of Charles David “Duckey” Allen, Judy Melton, Joyce Duckworth, Barbie Wantz, Johnny Allen, Donald Allen, and the late Louie and Richard Allen. Loving Grandfather of Blake Singer, Michael Singer, Hailey Singer, Richard Allen Jr., Samuel Graham, Ryan Allen, and Lucas Allen. Also Survived by many other loving relatives, friends and his loving companion Baby.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 East Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Wednesday 6-8pm for a memorial visitation. Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 8:00pm.
