Linda M. Allen's Obituary
On April 12, 2025 Linda Allen passed away. Beloved daughter of the late Henry and Theresa Allen. Cherished sister of the late John “Beansy” Allen and wife Rose and the late William C. Allen. Treasured aunt of David Allen, Micheal Allen, Sherri Allen, Debbie Allen and Matthew Allen. Also survived by many loving great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Linda was a Locust Point native who moved to Delaware about 15 years ago to enjoy retirement. She loved going to the casino, traveling, and being with family and friends at parties. She was a proud school teacher with a master’s degree in education from Johns Hopkins. She loved her career and always had stories to share about her family — that’s what get-togethers were really about for her: sharing memories and keeping family history alive. Linda was generous with her time and love, and even at the end of her life, she gave to others as an organ donor. She loved being a teacher, loved her family, and will be deeply missed.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Glen Haven Memorial Park 7231 Ritchie Hwy Suite E, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
