Larry was a brilliant, strong minded, passionate man. Music was a significant staple in his life. He played guitar and loved to sing and dance. He often performed with friends in live bands and he wrote songs and poetry. The beach or fishing on Chuck’s pier at his vacation property in WV were his two favorite places to be. He spent most of his time there with his treasured wife, Cathy, savoring retired life and enjoying quality time with their family and friends. Larry loved the ocean and often spoke of his time on the water as a merchant seaman. He was saved, he loved Jesus and he was a teacher of the “good news”.
There will be a one day service on Thursday, October 30, 2025. There will be a visitation 3:00-5:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service with military honors beginning promptly at 4:30 p.m. . A second Visitation will be held 7:00 -9:00 p.m.
