On Thursday, November 25, 2021 Judith A. Gelman. Loving mother of Peggy Perdue, Brenda Dixon, Victoria Perdue, and Jane Zook. Dearest grandmother of Brian, Hiscal, Robert, Christopher, Jimmy, Tom, Trina, Collie, and Isiah. Also survived by many great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
The family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue. Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday December 1, 2021 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home at the end of the visitation at 8:30pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, family ask that donations be made to offset the cost of the funeral expenses.
