On July 27, 2018 Joyce E. Russell (nee McGee) Beloved Wife of the late William T. Russell, Jr. Devoted mother of Kathleen J. Plummer and her husband Robert. Beloved grandmother of Krystal Plummer, Robert Plummer II and his wife Megan. Arthur Plummer and his wife Amber and Jacob Plummer. Loving great grandmother of Aiden, Kloe, Polo and Hunter. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Wednesday 3pm -7pm. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Redemption, 1401 Towson St, Baltimore MD 21230 on Thursday at 10:30am. Private interment will be in Crownsville Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville MD
