On Thursday, November 16, 2023 Joseph Glenn Cooper, III passed away. Beloved son of Misty Barracato and Joseph Cooper, Jr. and girlfriend Cierra Rodey. Treasured grandson of Mark Barracato and late wife Lisa Simpson and Linda Weatherman and late husband Joseph Cooper, Sr. Cherished brother of Corine Barracato, Cody Palacorolla, Haylee Young, Austin Cooper, and Ambria Cooper. Admired nephew of Brandy Barracato-Taylor and Steven Taylor. Dear cousin of Cameron, Holly, Hayden, Bentley and Dominick. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at 8:30pm at the funeral home concluding the visitation. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the funeral expenses
