On Tuesday, July 27, 2021 John B. Malat, Beloved husband of Dolores S. Malat (nee Sampson). Devoted father of Dennis John Malat, Kenneth Wayne Malat and his wife Darlene, Jeffrey Brian Malat and his wife Stacey, and Lenore Francine Malat. Cherished brother of David Malat, Michael Malat, Dianna Hughes, the late Anthony Malat, the late Richard Malat, the late Marie Mullauer, the late Rose Weber, the late Joseph Malat, the late Frances Malat, and the late Lawrence Malat. Treasured grandfather of Jennifer Malat, Brian Malat and his wife Emily, and Joshua Malat Wolfe. Loving great-grandfather of Henry William Malat. Also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Family invite friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. We request visitors to please wear a mask while visiting the funeral home. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 10:00AM. Interment will be at St. Stanislaus cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor St Martin's House, 601 Maiden Choice Lane, Baltimore, MD 21228.
