On April 10, 2019 John Marshall Jay, Jr. Devoted son of the late John M. Jay, Sr. and Vietta Jay. Beloved husband of Donna M. Jay (nee Otter) Devoted father of John M. Jay, III, Scott Jay, Amiel Jay, Edward Jay and his wife Heather and Janice Jay. Loving brother of Charles Jay and his wife Kim, Chris Jay, Joseph Jay, Esther Acton and the late James Jay. Beloved friend of Vicki L. Merson. Loving grandfather of Kaylob, Mason, Edward Jr., Savannah Curtin, Dominick, Kaydence, Isaiah, Isaac, Hanna Propst, Jocelyn Jay, Maleah Jay and Reece Stevens, Jr. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends,
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 On Tuesday 3-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation on Tuesday evening at 8:30pm. Interment will be private.
