Cherished father of Jetta Brown, Carissa Brown, Jerry Ray Brown, III, Alexis Brown, Bryan Brown, Aaliyah Brown, and Hailie Brown. Admired grandfather of Findlay Chadwell. Treasured brother of Crystal Brown, Nicholas Rhodes, Kody Rhodes, Dorothy Rhodes, Ray Wilmer, and Tyrone “Zee” Powell, Jr. Also survived by many other family and friends.

Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 5pm - 7pm .Funeral Service will be held directly following the visitation at 7:00 pm on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
