James “Alex” Fowler, Sr, passed away on July 14, 2025. Loving son of James Fowler and Mary Love-Penny and her husband, Allan Penny. Devoted father of James “Bruz”, and Josh. Admired brother of Stephanie and husband Steven. Dear friend of Wayne, Mikey, Billy, and the late Gary, also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Alex was a true Baltimore sports fan, he loved Ravens games and never missed a chance to cheer on the Orioles. In recent years he developed a passion for his plants, but above all his greatest devotion was to his family. Often Alex could be found hanging out on Boyle Street, a place where many memories were made. Alex will be remembered as a true friend, a dedicated son and father, whose kids were his world. .
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Memorial services will be held concluding the visitation. Internment will be private.
