Jacqueline “Jackie” Downes (nee Rudy) passed away on April 14, 2026. She was 63 years old. Jackie was the beloved wife of the late Frank “Mule” Downes. Devoted mother of Jacqueline “Nikki” Radcliffe and husband the late Michael “2-Pie”, Francis “Frankie” Downes, Jr, and wife Lauren, Tiffany Stankiewicz and her husband Denny. Loving sister of Deborah “Deb” Swords and husband the late Ronnie, Sr., Robert “Bo” Rudy and wife Carol, Mary Hennessy Smith and husband the late Glenn, and Bobby Rudy. Dear grandmother of Joey, DJ, Christian, Lucas “Turtle”, Harley, Karlee, Mya, Ryleigh, and Raelynn. Admired aunt of Mykie, Kirstie, and Ronnie Jr. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Jackie will be remembered for her sense of humor and quick sarcasm. She enjoyed getting away, especially in her camper; she was always the life of the party. She deeply loved her children and grandchildren, supporting them in everything they did. If she could be there, she was - no matter what.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point, MD 21230 on Tuesday, April 21, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, as well as Wednesday, April 22, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at 8:30 pm at the funeral home, concluding the visitation.
