Suddenly on February 21, 2015 George Raymond Walden Better known to his friends as “Scobbie” passed away in Bethany Beach DE. Beloved Son of the late James F. and Eleanor Walden. Loving Brother of Verona “Sissy” Biller, Helen “Boots” Raglin, Jim Thomas, and the late Rhea “Sossy” Walden. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Interment of Cremains with Military Honors will be held at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville MD 21032 on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 1:00pm. A Memorial Block Party will also be held for Scobbei at Muirs Tavern, 36 E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore MD 21230 on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 1:00pm. Family will be taking $20.00 donations that will be going to the Wounded Warrior Foundation in the name of Scobbie. www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate
