George W. Simon, a lifetime member of Holy Cross Church, passed away on July 23, 2026. Devoted spouse to Mary Jane Simon since 1987. Loving father to Mia Griffin and husband Bill, Charles Binegar, and Ann Salefski. Dearest grandfather to Brody, Logan, Paige, Nathan, Bryson, and Madison. Admired brother to Albert Simon, and wife Betty, and Rita McMullin and husband Denny, and the late Katerine Suto. Cherished cousin to Msgr. Otterbein. George was also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, friends and other family members..
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Sunday, August 2, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 11:00 am at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home. Interment to be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
