On Friday, January 19, 2024, Franklin J. Saffran, Jr. passed away. Beloved son of Nancy and Franklin Saffran, Sr. Treasured father of Franklin Saffran, III and wife Kara and Shawn Saffran, Sr. and wife Danielle. Cherished brother of Dawn Hafer, Evan Saffran, Sr. and wife Sherry. Loving grandfather of Breonna Saffran, Alexis Saffran, Sabrina Saffran, Aaliayah Saffran and Shawn Saffran, Jr. Also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm and 7:30 pm-9:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at 9:00pm at the funeral home concluding the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards funeral expenses.
