On November 6, 2015 Frank R. Matkins, Jr. Devoted Father of Frank R. Matkins, III and his Wife Amy and Paul A. “Tony” Matkins. Loving Grandfather of Reed, Nate and Kiersten Matkins and Leigha VanRyswyk. Beloved Brother of Marie Roach and her Husband Paul. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point MD 21230 on Tuesday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 12:00pm. Interment will be private. Family requests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake www.hospicechesapeake.org/support-donate. The Family would like to invite everyone to a reception immediately following the funeral service at the VFW Hall located at 425 E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore MD 21230
