Suddenly on September 24, 2016 Frank Lee Downes, Sr. Better known to his friends as “Mule” beloved Husband of Jacqueline C. “Jackie” Downes (nee Rudy) Devoted Father of Jacqueline ‘Nikki” Radcliffe and her late Husband Michael “2-Pie”, Francis “Frankie Downes, Jr. and Tiffany M. Stankiewicz and her Husband Denny. Loving Brother of John P. Downes. Dear Grandfather of Joey, DJ, Christian, Lucas “Turtle”, Harley, Karlee, Mya. Ryleigh and Raelynn. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friend to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point MD 21230 on Friday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
