On September 4, 2023 Frances V. Cummings passed away. Dearest wife of the late Charles A. Cummings. Devoted Mother of the late Charles L. Cummings, Allen R. Cummings, and Kim F. Wade and her husband Stephen. Beloved grandmother of Abigail Q. Wade and Cody J. Cummings. Also survived by many other loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 11:00 am at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home. Interment to be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
