Treasured mother of Clarence W. Rutherford and wife Briana. Loving grandmother of Shawna, Hunter, Jackson and Olivia. Dear sister of Nadia Dawson, Katherine Jones, Delores Pumphrey, Anna Woods, Lucille Sanders, the late Bonnie Weaver and the late William W. Pumphrey, III. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 11:00am at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
