Devoted mother of Joseph Welsh and wife Lisa, Patrick “Tim” Mulvey-Welsh and wife Barbara, and Jennifer Kraft and husband David. Loving mother of canine companion Princess. Treasured grandmother of Marisa Welsh, Alysia Parson and husband Brooks, Dylan Mulvey-Welsh, and Emma Mulvey-Welsh. Loving grandmother of canine companion Jasmine. Cherished great-grandmother of Joseph Ortt, and Otto Ortt. Dear sister of Carol, Linda, Debbie and the late Joanne. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 1532 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point, MD 21230. Interment will be held at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
