On May 20, 2015 Edward Leon Dugger better known to his friends as “Big Ed” Beloved Husband of Deborah M. Dugger (Nee Carter) Loving Son of the late Richard and Mary Dugger. Devoted Father of Michele L. Campbell and her Husband Vince. Dear Brother of the late Richard and Jack Dugger. Loving brother In-Law of Bob Carter and his Wife Terrie, William Carter and his Wife Brenda and Margaret Dugger. Beloved Grandfather of Nicholas Gardner, Timothy Gardner and his Fiancé Danielle Brown and Vincent J. Campbell, Jr. Special family friend of Karen Swaggerty. Also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Sunday 3:00pm – 9:00pm and Monday 1:00pm -4:00pm. Services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation on Monday at 3:30pm. Interment will be private. Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to The American Cancer society or Gilchrist Hospice
