On January 6, 2013 , Doris Laverne (nee Bryley ) Kirby , beloved wife of the late William Andrew "Jack" Kirby; loving mother of Andrea L. Lycett, and husband Michael, Elizabeth A. Krell and husband Charles, James William "Bill" Kirby Sr., Kevin Kirby and wife
Aania, Joseph Brian Kirby, John Howard Kirby Sr.,
Andrew Steven Kirby Sr. and wife Anna, and the late Baby William Andrew Kirby Jr.; dear mother-in-law of the late Carolle Kirby; also survived many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doris was the devoted sister of Earl Bryley, Mildred McCusker and the late Madeline Walker, William Bryley, Joseph Bryley, and twin sister Dorothy Christopher.
A Visitation will be held at the family owned Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., 1501 E. Fort Avenue, on Saturday and Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Prayer Service will be held on Monday, 11 AM at the funeral home. Entombment Cedar Hill cemetery.
