On June 12, 2020 Dona Lynn Kells Beloved daughter of Barry "Pop-San" Shorts and Marlene L. Kells (nee Dugger) Devoted mother of William A. Schmidt, Elizabeth M. Schmidt, Tinika N. Glenn and her husband Michael and Arie L. Waller. Loving sister of Tracy A. Manns and her husband Deon, Ernest W. Wells, Yvonne Sloman and the late Donald L. Kells, Jr. Loving grandmother of Mark Quinn, Jr., Richard Duckett, III, Chance Glenn, Marlee Glenn, Harper Glenn, Trinity Glenn, Daekwon Gardner, Jr., Aaron Snead, and the late Kali Miller. Also survived by the loving fathers of her children William A. Schmidt, Sr. and Anthony L. Waller, Sr. and many other loving relatives and friends. The family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Thursday 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow 10 people at a time in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Please allow additional time if you are planning on coming to the funeral home. Prayers will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 6:00pmpm. Interment will be private.
