Debra was the loving wife to the late Charles P. Mahoney, Jr. Beloved daughter to the late Shirley and the late Ronald Tarleton, Sr. Devoted mother to Chad E. Tarleton and significant other Amy Radford, and Danielle M. Mahoney and husband Robert Weamess. Treasured sister to Ronald L. Tarleton, Jr., Terry L. King, Cherise L. Cooper, and Craig A. Parker. Admired grandmother to Destiny R. Mahoney and significant other Demtris Carter, Christian C. Wearnes and fiance Brooke Ridge, Morgan J. Wearnes and significant other Mosi Sydnor, Niamh J. Radford, Violet M. Oliver, Jordan P. Oliver. Cherished great grandmother to Amir X. Sydnor, Zakari I. Sydnor, and Kaylee M. Wearnes as well as many other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at 8:30pm at the funeral home concluding the visitation.
