Deborah May Dugger's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah May Dugger, who left this world peacefully on September 10, 2025 at the age of 71. Deborah was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a cherished great-grandmother whose warmth, strength, and unwavering love will be missed beyond measure.
She was the loving daughter to the late William and Doris Carter, Deborah lived a life rooted in family, filled with compassion, laughter, and cherished memories. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Dugger, and together they built a beautiful life centered around love and togetherness.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Michele, and loving son-in-law, Vincent Sr., who were by her side through every step of life’s journey. Deborah's greatest joy was her growing family. She was a proud grandmother to Nicholas, Timothy, Vincent Jr., Danielle, Sara, and Melissa. She was also a doting great-grandmother to Carson, Colbie, Harper, Trey, Emerson, Noa, Alexis, and Jason. Her love for each of them was deep and unconditional, and her legacy will live on in their lives.
Deborah was also a beloved sister to William and Robert Carter, and sister-in-law to Brenda and Terrie.
Among those she considered chosen family was Karen, Eddie, and Brandon Manalansan a close and cherished friend who remained by her side through life’s many seasons. Beyond them Deborah is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Deborah was the heart of her family. Her love knew no limits, and she carried a fierce, quiet strength that held everyone together. Some of her happiest memories were made during family vacations to Wildwood, NJ, Atlantic City and Ocean City, Md. Where the sand, sea, and sight of a casino became the backdrop of unforgettable moments. These trips weren’t just vacations—they were traditions, filled with love, togetherness, and stories that will be told for generations.
Her presence was a gift—steady, gentle, and full of grace. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, loved, and welcomed. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured, in the values she passed down, and in the love that will continue to grow in her memory.
Rest peacefully, Deborah. Your love lives on.
