Suddenly on August 8, 2016 Dean Louis Waters Beloved Son of the late Edwin Charles Waters, Jr. and Barbara Ann Waters. Devoted Father of Samantha Jean Waters and Desire’e Lynn Waters. Loving Brother of Crystal Renee Waters, Brett Charles Waters and the late Eric Christopher Waters. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Monday 7-9pm. A service will be held at the conclusion of the visitation on Monday evening at 8:30pm. Interment will be private.
