On Tuesday, March 21, 2023 Dawn M. Rutherford. Cherished daughter of William Fischer and Lucy Rutherford. Dear niece of Alice Foreman. Beloved mother of John Kirby, Jr. and girlfriend Valerie, Megan Whitacre and William Gee. Treasured grandmother of Alexis Byrd, Dezeray Kirby, Brandon Partin, Jr. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm and Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 8:00pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at 8:00pm at the funeral home concluding the visitation. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the funeral expenses
